আসসালামু আলাইকুম। আপনার যদি প্রোডাক্ট অসুবিধা হয় ব্যবহার করতে, কিংবা বড় এর জায়গা ছোট চলে গেলে ,কিংবা সাইজ না মিললে, এককোথায় আপনার ব্যবহার করতে অসুবিধা হয়। এরকম যদি হয় তাহলে আমরা রিটার্ন নিব ইনশাআল্লাহ।

রিটার্ন দেওয়ার সময় অবশ্যই আপনাকে পুনরায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ দেওয়া লাগবে। অবশ্যই আপনার ফোন অ্যাক্টিভ থাকতে হবে। যে কোন আপত্তি করে থাকা লাগবে না। পরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা লাগতে পারে।
আমরা একটার বদলে আরেকটা দেই না। আর একটা নিতে চাইলে নগদ নিতে হবে। অর্থাৎ আগেই পে করতে হবে
। পন্য ফেরত দিতে যদি একদিন দেরি হয় অর্থাৎ আপনাকে পণ্য দিয়েছে কুরিয়ার মেন চলে গেছে ,এখন যদি ফেরত দিতে চান তাহলে নিশ্চয়ই আপনাকে আমাদের দোকানে কিংবা এড্রেস এ পন্য টি পাঠিয়ে দিতে হবে নয়তো আমরা পন্য পাবো না?
আপনি যদি অর্ডার করে পরে বাতিল করতে চান, তাহলে অবশ্যই আপনাকে প্যাকেজিং করার আগেই বাতিল করতে হবে কিংবা কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর আগেই বাতিল করতে হবে।। না হলে (আমার)এর মধ্যে ক্ষতি পড়ে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা থাকে।
You will definitely have to pay the delivery charge again when returning. Your phone must be active. No objections are required. Later delivery charge may be 150 taka.
We don't give one for another. If you want to get another one, you have to take cash. That means you have to pay in advance.
If there is a day delay in returning the product, i.e. the courier who delivered the product to you has left, now if you want to return it, then you will definitely have to send the product to our store or to the address -Otherwise, we will not receive the product.
If you place an order and want to cancel it later, you must cancel it before packaging or before sending it to the courier. Otherwise, there is a possibility of damage to (me).
